1. Terms
By accessing the Astral website and services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Astral's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Astral's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Astral at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Astral's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Astral makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Astral does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Astral or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Astral's website, even if Astral or an Astral authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Modifications
Astral may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
6. Accounts, Licenses, and Acceptable Use
Your Astral account, credentials, license, and access tokens are personal to you. You must not share, resell, sublicense, crack, bypass, or distribute Astral or use its services to attack Astral infrastructure, other users, or third parties. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must follow applicable law and the rules of any platform or game you use with Astral. Astral may restrict or terminate access where an account is involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, security attacks, or another material violation of these Terms.
7. Purchases, Renewals, and Refunds
Prices, plan duration, payment currency, processing charges, and the final amount are shown during checkout. Access begins or is extended only after the payment is confirmed. Payment availability and confirmation times can vary by method.
For a missing payment, duplicate charge, invoice, renewal, or activation problem, contact billing@getastral.win with your forum username, payment date, amount, method, and transaction reference. Do not email complete card details, passwords, license keys, wallet recovery phrases, or account tokens. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the terms displayed when the purchase was made.
8. Service Availability and Updates
Astral depends on third-party software and services that can change without notice. Features may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or incompatible after a Roblox or game update. Stable, Nightly, and other release channels can have different availability and reliability. Astral does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every game or system, or that a specific feature will remain available.
9. Reports and Contact Addresses
Use the address that matches the request:
- support@getastral.win — accounts, password resets, installation, downloads, crashes, and technical support.
- billing@getastral.win — purchases, renewals, invoices, payment status, duplicate charges, and activation.
- abuse@getastral.win — Terms violations, malicious content, impersonation, suspicious email, abuse, and copyright or trademark complaints.
- no-reply@getastral.win — an automated sender that is not monitored.
An abuse, copyright, or trademark report should identify the account or material, provide its exact location, explain the issue, include relevant evidence and contact details, and state the reporter's authority and good-faith belief where applicable. Astral may request more information before taking action.
10. Third-Party Trademarks and Independence
Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Astral is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or partnered with Valve Corporation or Roblox Corporation. All third-party names, logos, and brands referenced by Astral are the property of their respective owners.
11. Product Architecture
Astral uses a proprietary hybrid architecture. Internal implementation details are confidential, security-sensitive, and may change between releases.
